modern edition of Matthew Henry's "A Method for Prayer".
You can follow Dave's progress by clicking here to
read a modern update of a classic book on prayer.
What we do...
During our gatherings we rely on contemporary
worship music combined with traditional elements from the
Church of England to express our worship to God.
Three key words explain what we do when we worship together:
explore.
During our time together we explore timeless
truths from Scripture to learn more about God, His Son
Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit. In exploring Scripture we also
learn important truths about ourselves and practical insights for
living in today's world.
engage.
During our time together we also engage God in prayer;
seeking His presence, His encouragement, His comfort
and His support in our lives and in the lives of others.
exalt.
In addition, we exalt God with the use of contemporary songs
written only a few years ago and ancient prayers written many
centuries ago to thank God for the many blessings that He has
provided and express our worship to him.
Come join us for our monthly worship gatherings or contact us to let us know how
we might serve you.
